VBL AGM

Please note this year’s AGM will be held on Monday 20th November at Balmoral Bowling Club, commencing at 1.00pm sharp and at this stage I would simply ask you to make a note of the date in your diary. I have emailed details of the AGM to your Clubs Vets Secretary.

 

Please note any Notices of Motion must be made in writing (preferably on Club Letterhead) and forwarded to myself via your Vets Secretary to 10 Kingfisher Way, Ballyhalbert BT22 1BB. Alternatively, I can accept your letter as an attachment eg- Word document, PDF, etc… via email using this email address – secretaryvbl@gmail.com but either way must be received by Friday 20th October at the latest.  

 

Please note only 31 Clubs were represented at the 2022 AGM and given that there were several important issues discussed the VBL Executive Committee would much prefer every Club to send a representative. To this end the Committee have decided to re-introduce a £5 levy for those Clubs not attending (which will be added to the Charity donation). This ‘penalty’ was relaxed over the last few years (COVID having a bearing) and the slate wiped clean for previous defaulters however will apply from the 2023 AGM onwards.
