Presentation to Harold Gilmour

Harold Gilmour has decided to resign from the VBL Executive Committee after 15 years of service. Harold was not only a Section Secretary, Past President (2014)  but more importantly compiled the fixture lists for all the Veterans Leagues. His contribution to the VBL has been massive and he will be greatly missed – enjoy your Retirement Harold!
