Cup Finals 2024

Belmont Bowling Club hosted three of the four VBL Cup finals on a sunny morning on Friday 23 August on their front green.

In the Lyttle Cup final, Old Bleach No1 were triumphant over Ballymena No1 side with a combined score of 41-28.

 

CI Knock lifted the Stevenson Cup in a closely contested final 33 – 28 against Saintfield 2.

In the third final of the morning session, Banbridge Red secured the Thornton Cup 41 – 35 against CI Knock 1.

VBL Executive thank the Belmont Club and their caterer for providing the refreshments afterwards.

The Hatch Cup final was contested the following week at Old Bleach Bowling Club on Wednesday 28th, were Ward Park Utd narrowly won 31 – 29 against a strong Banbridge side. VBL thanks Old Bleach for accommodating this final and for providing the much appreciated catering afterwards.
